Beets are not many people’s favorite veggie. However, I’ve bet a lot of folks that if they tried this juice, they would be a beet-lover! It’s all about the right mix of flavors to counterbalance the strong beet flavor. So, here goes:
3 Carrots
1 Fuji Apple
2 Beet
4 Celery ribs
1.5 tbsp Ginger
0.5 oz Lemon juice
*I usually peel the beets, but that’s entirely up to you. An alternative to this recipe, which is simpler is:
2 Beets3 Carrots
2 Apples
1/2 Lemon
Oh, yes, and I always put over ice!
